What Are Your Job Responsibilities? You will be responsible for retaining customers by reselling English 1 courses and generating referrals through long-term customer relationships. This includes timely communication of students’ progress, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring that customer needs are met. Build trusting relationships with students and their parents. Resell core courses to existing customers.
Communicate with customers daily to address their concerns and questions. Generate referrals. Provide customers with regular updates on students’ progress and homework discussed in class.
Consistently keep customers informed about all relevant updates and changes. Organize face-to-face meetings with parents, following recommended guidelines. Document all necessary group, student, and parent management activities using the CRM system.
Observe lessons to better understand students’ achievements and share these insights with their parents. What Are the Basic Requirements? Service mindset: treat every customer as you’d like to be treated.
Sales skills: deliver effective sales presentations and close deals. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Good English proficiency (minimum B1, spoken and written).
