Production Supervisor

Job Description: Implement and supervise daily/weekly production plans to achieve production targets Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOP, work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations

Analyze and follow up production issues including defects, rework, downtime, and NCR findings Ensure implementation of K3 and 5S practices in the production area Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators to achieve optimal performance

Monitor daily production KPIs (output, defect, downtime, efficiency) and ensure accurate reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities Process Engineer Process Engineer Coordinate with cross-functional departments (QA, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, Purchasing) to ensure smooth production operations

Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production

Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement implementation Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Familiar with ERP systems and production reporting
