PT. Pacific Medan Industri (PAMIN) yang berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) 2, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, merupakan perusahaan manufaktur terkemuka yang berfokus pada pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit serta produksi margarin dan shortening. Perusahaan berkomitmen untuk menjaga standar kualitas produk yang tinggi melalui penerapan sistem manajemen mutu internasional. Posisi Production Superintendent bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional produksi harian agar target perusahaan, mutu produk, dan efisiensi operasional tercapai dengan baik. Tugas utama meliputi pemantauan performa produksi, analisis permasalahan operasional untuk peningkatan produktivitas, serta koordinasi lintas fungsi guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar ISO, GMP, regulasi Halal, dan keselamatan kerja (SMK3).
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, product quality and operational efficiency are achieved; Monitor production performance, analyze operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and resource utilization; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, Halal requirements, food safety regulations and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the Manufacturing industry, preferably in Food Manufacturing, Margarine or Shortening production, or Palm Oil processing; Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, GMP and Halal Assurance System (HAS) 23000; Strong leadership, communication and team management skills; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Willing to be placed at our business unit, PT. Pacific Medan Industri (PAMIN) at Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM) 2, Deli Serdang, North Sumatera.
