Kami membantu salah satu klien kami yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di Serang untuk mencari Production Management Staff yang fasih berbahasa Jepang. Peran ini bertanggung jawab mengelola seluruh aktivitas perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi, memantau progres pembuatan produk agar sesuai target, serta mengkoordinasikan jadwal pengiriman dengan tim penjualan luar negeri dan departemen internal terkait.
Tanggung jawab: Manage production planning and control activities, including the preparation of new products; Monitor production progress to ensure alignment with established plans and targets; Manage delivery schedules and help ensure products are delivered on time; Coordinate production and delivery matters with overseas sales teams and relevant internal departments; Communicate with factories and follow up on production status, schedules, and operational issues; Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and related documentation.
Kualifikasi: Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate/SMA/SMK; Fluent in Japanese (min. JLPT N3); English Communicative Level; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Driver Licence: SIM C is preferred for commuting by motorcycle.
