Production & Procurement Control

Jobs Description Prepare production plans and schedules based on customer forecasts. Participate in pre-production audits at supplier sites to ensure compliance with standards.

Monitor suppliers' production processes and ensure on-time delivery of goods to meet customer expectations. Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. Determine safety stock levels and inventory requirements to prevent shortages.

Coordinate with the Inventory Department regarding stock monitoring and management. Ensure part availability for local deliveries, service parts, and export requirements. Set supplier follow-up priorities based on customer needs and production schedules.

Arrange supplier delivery schedules to align with production timelines. Handle supplier-related administrative tasks efficiently. Monitor import orders and material requirement planning to ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding shipment schedules and logistics. Ensure the completeness of import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, etc. Inspect the condition and quantity of incoming goods during the inbound process to ensure quality control.
