Tanggung jawab: Must strictly observe the company's safety regulations; Create and implement the "blue envelop" systems for carrying out and monitor production processes, quality and inventory control, logistics and material flow, and production coordination; Make production plan according to sales plan and material control verification; Use and improve ERP systems for streamline production scheduling and inventory management; Collaborate with Operation Teams to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders; Coordinate between the production program and production departments for on-time and in-full delivery of products; Timely tracking of orders from released to PPIC untill Warehouse inbound; Create production and planning KPI's to aid effective decision-making in the organization; Complete any other work assigned by direct supervisor; Job Requirements:; Associate or Bachelor’s degree major in logistics, business administration ,or any related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and inventory control; Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SAP (Mandatory), MES; Good understanding of production operations, Quality System Procedure and SOP’s; Good understanding of continuous improvement methods; Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) will be an advantage; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues; Our company upholds the principles of equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination.
