PT Nexteer Automotive Indonesia is currently hiring for an Production Planning & Inventory Control Senior Staff who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare and control production planning and scheduling based on forecasts, and production capacity. Control the availability of Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods to meet production needs. Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking and stock shortage. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production regarding changes in demand and production priorities. Analyze production and inventory data to improve efficiency and planning accuracy. Manage inbound and outbound shipping activities effectively and on time. Control logistics costs and evaluate shipping vendors. Ensure complete shipping documents and regulatory compliance. Optimize routes, shipping methods, and product distribution schedules. Manage raw material and finished goods warehouse operations. Ensure the implementation of FIFO, storage systems, and efficient warehouse layout. Control inventory accuracy through periodic stocktaking. Ensure the security, cleanliness, and orderliness of the warehouse area.
