Position: Production Planning Control Staff Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a PPIC/PPC Staff in FMCG manufacturing (cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or food & beverage) with 100+ active SKUs. Strong understanding of Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Bill of Materials (BOM). Good understanding of Safety Stock, Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Able to prepare, monitor, and update daily and weekly production schedules. Familiar with BPOM cosmetic regulations and Halal certification requirements.
