Placement : Site Banyuasin (Under NEI Subsidiary) Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee daily production and shipping operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely coal transportation. - Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production and delivery targets. - Monitor ship performance, loading and unloading activities, voyage progress, and fleet utilization. - Coordinate closely with internal teams, customers, port authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. - Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization. - Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE standards, and applicable maritime regulations. - Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Marine Transportation, Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field - Hold minimum ANT III/ IV Certification. - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the shipping or coal transportation industry. - Strong understanding of vessel operations, tugboat & barge operations, fleet management, port operations, and coal logistics. - Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Willing to travel to operational sites and ports when required.
