Job Responsibilities Lead and manage all production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Ensure production targets, product quality standards, food safety requirements, and operational efficiency objectives are consistently achieved. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure product availability aligns with production schedules and market demand. Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and evaluate daily production activities. Establish production plans and priorities based on schedules and raw material availability. Ensure production output meets quality, safety, and productivity targets. Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams regarding production schedules and material readiness. Monitor and improve production efficiency, capacity utilization, and operational performance. Analyze and control production costs, including labor and raw material expenses. Lead, develop, and evaluate production teams and supervisors. Conduct regular production performance reviews and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
