Tanggung jawab: Manage production operations, including the preparations of weekly production plans; Ensuring input (resource) availability, process robustness and reliability; Supervise operators with 2 shifts operation mode; Lead productivity improvement initiatives and enchance awareness and implementation of quality standarts within the production process.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Apothecary graduate; Fresh graduate or experience as Production Supervisor around 1 year; IPK minimum 3,2 (for apothecary dan pharmacy); Willing to work as a team and individual; Willing to work with shift system (2 Shift); Good in building relationship and leadership; Work location: Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta.
