Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare lenses for packaging according to released production orders and the shipment calendar
• Conduct briefings with operators at the start and end of each shift to provide necessary updates
• Ensure operators perform line clearance and daily equipment checks
• Prepare consumable supplies for production use, including foil, blister packs, vials, etc
• Monitor operator work to ensure compliance with established SOPs and work instructions
• Summarize production data into the designated output form
• Assist the Supervisor in ensuring production runs smoothly to meet set targets
• Support operator activities as needed
• Report any issues encountered during production to the Supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Supervisor and/or Management
• Job requirements
• Min. Senior High School in any field
• Min. 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a cleanroom environment or medical device manufacturing
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and packaging standards
• Basic understanding of safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and quality standards
• Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and meet production targets
• Proficient in basic computer use (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems)
• Willingness to work in rotating 3 shifts
