Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pengolahan kelapa sawit. Peran Production Executive bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional produksi harian di fasilitas pengolahan, memastikan aktivitas berjalan efisien, aman, dan sesuai standar kualitas untuk mencapai target operasional serta optimalisasi biaya. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan teknis manufaktur yang kuat, kemampuan kepemimpinan, dan pola pikir perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung keunggulan operasional di lingkungan industri kelapa sawit yang dinamis.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related disciplines.; Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, Process Operations, Manufacturing, Refinery, Edible Oil, or similar industries.; Strong understanding of palm oil processing operations, including refining, fractionation, crushing, kernel processing, or related manufacturing processes.; Knowledge of production planning, process control, yield management, and operational performance indicators.; Familiar with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Operational Excellence concepts.; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.; Excellent leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.; Familiarity with HSE requirements, ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems is an advantage.; Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.; Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and be based at mill, refinery, or processing facilities..
