Posisi Production Engineer (Automation) di perusahaan pengecoran (foundry) berlokasi di Cikande, Banten. Peran ini berfokus pada analisis proses produksi untuk mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi siklus, pemanfaatan material, dan efisiensi biaya manufaktur. Tugasnya mencakup dukungan uji coba produksi untuk produk dan proses baru, validasi perkakas dan peralatan, pemantauan indikator proses utama, pengelolaan dokumentasi perubahan proses, serta koordinasi bersama departemen HSE untuk memastikan seluruh aspek keselamatan kerja terpenuhi.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cycle time, process capability, material utilization, and manufacturing cost; Support production trials for new products, new processes, engineering changes, and process improvements; Support the preparation and validation of jigs, fixtures, tools, and process equipment required for safe and consistent production; Monitor key process indicators such as output, cycle time, rejection, downtime, and process efficiency; prepare reports and improvement proposals for management; Ensure process changes are documented, approved by authorized functions, communicated to affected personnel, and implemented consistently on the production floor; Coordinate with HSE and relevant departments to identify process hazards and ensure that process improvements comply with applicable safety requirements; Map current production processes and establish baseline data for output, cycle time, downtime, and material consumption; Develop an improvement plan with measurable targets, milestones, responsible persons, and follow-up actions; Conduct trials and evaluate results before recommending implementation of a revised process or machine setting; Prepare or revise work instructions, process flow documents, check sheets, and training materials following approved process changes; Train or brief Production personnel on new or revised processes and verify that the agreed standards are understood and followed; Report project progress, risks, results, and unresolved issues to the responsible manager; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: More than 5 years of experience in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, or manufacturing improvement in a manufacturing company; Strong knowledge of industrial machine automation; Possess skills in robotic automation; Proficient in the mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery and equipment; Experienced in machine automation projects; Proficient in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and CAD software, with the ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams; Experienced in process mapping, time studies, productivity improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tools; Ability to read technical drawings, understand product specifications, and operate manufacturing equipment; Experienced in relevant quality systems, document control, and occupational safety practices; English proficiency sufficient to read technical documents and communicate basic technical information; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
