PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

About the role PT SANNENG ASIA INDUSTRY INDONESIA' is seeking a talented Production Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility, with a focus on production planning and scheduling. What you'll be doing Coordinate and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow Monitor and analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives Provide regular progress reports and updates to management

What we're looking for Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues
