Perusahaan mencari Assistant Manager Produksi yang memiliki integritas tinggi, disiplin, serta ketahanan kerja yang baik di bawah tekanan. Peran ini memegang fungsi penting dalam mengawasi kelancaran operasional pabrik, khususnya dalam industri manufaktur plastik. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi eksekusi jadwal produksi harian dan mingguan, pemantauan pencapaian target, optimalisasi pengaturan mesin untuk meminimalkan limbah, serta koordinasi lintas departemen termasuk Tim Quality Control guna memastikan kualitas produk akhir sesuai dengan spesifikasi pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Execute daily and weekly production plans based on approved schedules, customer orders, and available production capacity; Monitor production achievement against targets and ensure timely completion of production orders; Coordinate production activities across relevant processes, including extrusion/blowing, printing, cutting, sealing, and packaging, according to the factory's actual production lines; Ensure plastic products meet customer specifications, including dimensions, thickness, weight, color, sealing strength, and other applicable quality requirements; Optimize machine settings and production methods to improve output, minimize defects, and reduce material waste; Monitor production performance across different product types, materials, sizes, and specifications; Ensure compliance with established quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions throughout production; Coordinate with the Quality Control team to identify, contain, and resolve nonconforming products; Monitor scrap, reject rates, customer complaints, and product rework; Ensure proper segregation, identification, and disposition of rejected materials and finished products; Supervise Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, Machine Operators, and production workers; Ensure appropriate manpower allocation across production lines and shifts; Set daily production priorities and monitor team performance; Coach supervisors and operators to improve technical capability, productivity, and work discipline; Implement SOPs, Kaizen, 5S/5R, and other continuous improvement initiatives; Provide operational updates, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations to the Factory Manager.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Diploma graduates with strong relevant technical experience may also be considered; Minimum 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations; At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position within a production environment; Experience in plastic manufacturing is strongly preferred; Experience in plastic bag manufacturing, particularly extrusion/blowing, printing, cutting, and sealing processes, is highly preferred; Experience handling PP, PE/LDPE, HDPE, or other relevant plastic materials is an advantage.
