Provide technical product support, application reviews, and accurate product solutions for automation, control, and electrical products.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that technical reviews and presentations are available regarding product use and application; Ensure the availability of documents and materials (such as presentations and information on the products) for conducting meetings with customers; Ensure that the information provides to customers is accurate and precise; Provide technical reviews to solve technical problems related to the products; Develop opportunities for new products/applications for existing customers; Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation from a reputable university; Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities; Having knowledge about: MV Drive, VSD, MCC, Servo, IoT, PLC; Highly motivated, target-oriented individual; Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills; Minimum 2 years of experience in product application, technical support, or a similar role within the automation and electrical power industry; Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must; Placement Bintaro.
