Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide technical product support, application reviews, and accurate product solutions for automation, control, and electrical products.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure that technical reviews and presentations are available regarding product use and application
  • Ensure the availability of documents and materials (such as presentations and information on the products) for conducting meetings with customers
  • Ensure that the information provides to customers is accurate and precise
  • Provide technical reviews to solve technical problems related to the products
  • Develop opportunities for new products/applications for existing customers
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation from a reputable university
  • Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities
  • Having knowledge about: MV Drive, VSD, MCC, Servo, IoT, PLC
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented individual
  • Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product application, technical support, or a similar role within the automation and electrical power industry
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must
