Posisi ini mendukung aktivitas komersial dan brand perusahaan dengan menyediakan informasi produk serta ilmiah kepada akun profesional. Peran ini terlibat dalam penyusunan materi edukasi, mendukung keterlibatan pelanggan, dan membangun hubungan dengan profesional di industri kecantikan dan estetika. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan presentasi produk kepada dokter dan klinik, mendukung pelaksanaan acara ilmiah, serta menerjemahkan fitur teknis produk menjadi materi komunikasi yang menarik. Selain itu, Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif untuk konten digital dan membantu tim penjualan dalam diskusi terkait produk.
Tanggung jawab: Preparing educational materials and supporting customer engagement activities; Developing relationships with relevant professionals in the beauty and aesthetics industry; Delivering product presentations and educational sessions for professional audiences; Supporting the planning and execution of scientific events and product demonstrations; Translating product features into clear communication materials; Assisting the Manager in developing product communication strategies; Maintaining regular communication with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, KOLs, and influencers; Contributing ideas for brand's digital communication; Identifying opportunities for external collaborations and partnerships; Supporting the Sales team in account-related activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary; 1–2 years of experience in a Product Specialist or Medical Representative position, with experience in a skincare brand; Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Genuine interest in the beauty industry, particularly skincare, makeup, and related products; Comfortable and willing to travel for doctor and clinic visits; Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content.
