About the role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join PT Aroma Prima Livindo in a full-time capacity based in Banten. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of our product portfolio. You will act as the driving force behind our product strategy, working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business objectives. This position is crucial to our continued growth and success in the competitive consumer goods marketplace.
Key responsibilities 1. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product development to launch and post-launch evaluation. Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization. Ensure products comply with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Monitor product performance, sales, profitability, and market trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
