Job Description 1. Create Knowledge Base and Tutorial Videos Produce instructional videos for web and mobile applications. Explain application features through clear and user-friendly video content. Create onboarding videos for new users. Develop troubleshooting videos covering common user issues and FAQs. 2. Develop Content and Scripts Collaborate Customer Support teams to understand product features and workflows. Create storyboards and video scripts prior to production. Translate technical documentation into easy-to-understand educational content for end users. 3. Video Production and Editing Record web and mobile application workflows using screen recording tools. Edit videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar tools. Add voice-overs, subtitles, annotations, callouts, animations, and other supporting visual elements. Ensure all video content meets company standards for audio and visual quality.
