Kami telah mengembangkan lebih dari 10 merek kecantikan yang mencakup kategori makeup, skincare, perawatan tubuh, dan wewangian, dengan jangkauan pasar internasional di Asia Tenggara dan China. Sebagai Product Development Specialist, Anda akan menangani pengembangan produk kecantikan dari hulu ke hilir. Tugas Anda meliputi riset pasar, pengembangan konsep, evaluasi sampel, hingga peluncuran produk. Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim R&D dan supplier untuk memastikan setiap produk memenuhi standar kualitas, fungsionalitas, dan tren pasar yang sedang berkembang.
Tanggung jawab: Handle end-to-end beauty product development, from initial research and concept development to sample evaluation, product finalization, and launch; Conduct product benchmarking by researching and analyzing existing products, competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences; Support sample development by coordinating and following up with relevant internal teams, R&D, and suppliers to ensure product samples meet the required specifications; Evaluate product samples and provide product performance feedback based on product quality, functionality, texture, appearance, and overall consumer appeal; Support the product launch process, including preparation, coordination, follow-up, and ensuring product development timelines are met; Conduct ongoing research on beauty trends, product innovations, and market developments in Indonesia and international markets to support new product ideas and development; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development activities are aligned with business and brand objectives; Maintain proper documentation and follow-up related to product samples, development progress, and product feedback.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Management, or other relevant majors; 1–2 years of working experience in Product Development, preferably within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply; Experience in end-to-end beauty product development, from initial research and concept development to sample evaluation and product launch, is highly preferred; Strong interest in the beauty industry and actively follows beauty trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences in Indonesia and international markets; Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail; Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic working culture; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Preferably female and well-groomed, with a professional appearance; Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn about product development and the beauty industry.
