Product Development Manager

About the role We are seeking a Product Development Manager to join AGRO BOGA UTAMA GROUP in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and innovation of our product portfolio. As Business and Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing new products, and enhancing existing offerings to meet evolving customer needs. This role is essential to our company's ability to maintain competitive advantage and achieve ambitious growth targets within the marketing and communication sector.

Key responsibilities Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new and existing product development. Prepare new product development, including product specifications, product differentiation, demonstrations, market opportunities, financial projections, pricing, development timelines, and marketing plans.

Ensure the product development process (project plan) and commercialization run smoothly end-to-end. Collaborate across departments throughout the development process, including new product launches. Prepare sales tools and learning materials for new products. Conduct regular post-launch reviews (quarterly).

What we're looking for (5) Five years experience as Product Development Deep understanding in spesific food industry

Experienced handling market research, product development and business development projects (as individual contributor) Ability to support product commercialization and business initiative implementation Strong analytical skills in sales performance, market trends, and customer insights
