This internship program is based at the Head Office of Akasha in Tb. Simatupang, South Jakarta. The intern will support the product development team in the beauty care sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in market research to identify trends and consumer needs, and support the design and development of new products. This role provides exposure to industry-standard tools and technologies used in the FMCG product development lifecycle.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements; Assist in market research and trend analysis; Support the design and development of new products; Ensure products meet quality standards and timelines; Use industry-standard tools and technologies.
Kualifikasi: 4th-year student or Fresh Graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology; Internship experience in Product Development is preferred; Knowledge of FMCG, especially in Beauty fields; Able to join ASAP.
