This role supports food and beverage manufacturers by providing technical expertise, formulation guidance, and innovative ingredient solutions. The Product Development specialist will act as a technical partner to clients, assisting with formulation, trials, and troubleshooting to ensure product success. The role requires a deep understanding of food ingredient properties and applications to help manufacturers navigate technical challenges. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with suppliers on new ingredient launches and updates, monitoring food industry trends to identify new product opportunities, and conducting training sessions and presentations for clients and sales teams. Ensuring that all ingredients comply with both local and international regulations is a critical aspect of this role, requiring a proactive approach to technical support and industry standards.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field; 3+ years of experience in food ingredients, product development, or technical support; Knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and regulations; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Experience in distribution or B2B food ingredients is a plus.
