Product Development Executive

Responsibilities : Develop comprehensive product knowledge materials, including ingredients, health benefits, and potential side effects. Research and recommend enhancements to product formulations, aligning with current health trends and consumer demands.

Analyze ingredients, cost, competitors' products and positioning to ensure competitiveness and innovation. Identify, evaluate, and support the selection of manufacturers and suppliers, including involvement in vendor tendering and communication throughout the product development process. Liaise with medical professional representatives and Compliance Department to ensure product claims, education materials, and promotional content created are scientifically accurate and compliant with the Government and/or Regulators.

Collaborate with cross-departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Partnership to support awareness of new product launches in events. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree graduate in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.

Have 3 years of experience in supplement or drug product development in FMCG, health supplements or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of nutritional ingredients, formulations, and health supplement trends, including basic knowledge of safety, dosage, and regulation usage. Have good knowledge of current health product trends.

Able to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking. Good interpersonal skills to present ideas and explain products to varied audiences.
