The Product Development will play a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and success of Bloom Outdoor Furniture’s product lines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, marketing, and sales to bring innovative and market-leading products to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy in line with the company’s vision and market trends.Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept, design, and development to launch and post-launch activities. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and trends in the outdoor furniture industry. Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and promotional plans for new products. Monitor product performance, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and make recommendations for product improvements. Lead pricing strategy and positioning to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep the company’s product offerings fresh and relevant. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards. Create product specifications and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
