This role is for a Product Consultant Team Leader based in Pontianak, responsible for managing Sales Consultants in the home appliance or electronics industry. The position involves training, performance monitoring, customer care, and team management. You will oversee recruitment, coaching, and monitoring of the sales team, including coordinating with vendors and visiting dealers. You are also responsible for reporting and analyzing sales data to support strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
