Procurement Supervisor (Makassar)

RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, tender administration, purchase order issuance, and contract management. · Ensure timely procurement processes by monitoring Purchase Requisition (PR) approvals, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, and delivery schedules to meet business requirements.

· Lead procurement planning and vendor sourcing initiatives to ensure the availability of qualified suppliers for goods and services. · Conduct supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance assessments to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery performance. · Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and procurement process improvements.

· Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award recommendations. · Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance standards, legal requirements, and applicable regulations. · Develop and maintain supplier databases, vendor performance records, and procurement documentation.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide effective sourcing solutions. · Monitor procurement KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. · Utilize SAP and other procurement systems to manage procurement transactions, reporting, and data analysis.

REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, ,or a related field. Civil Engineering background is highly preferred. · Experience in procurement activities related to road, bridge, toll road, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly preferred.
