Responsibilities Plan and execute the procurement of spare parts, components, and materials for heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, dump trucks, cranes). Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply and cost efficiency. Conduct price negotiations, quotation comparisons, and supplier evaluations to achieve the best value. Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), contracts, and documentation according to company policies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Track and follow up on delivery schedules, ensuring on-time arrival and resolving any logistics or quality issues. Coordinate with the warehouse and mechanic teams to confirm technical specifications and part compatibility. Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends, new suppliers, and product developments. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and supplier performance evaluations. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company procurement policies and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field), Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will be given preference Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the heavy equipment, mining, or construction industry.
