Procurement Controller (Civil) adalah posisi spesialis yang berfokus pada manajemen pengadaan proyek konstruksi, penanganan kontraktor, sub-kontraktor, material bangunan, serta sistem MEP. Peran ini menuntut profesional berpengalaman yang mampu mengarahkan strategi pengadaan secara menyeluruh demi menjaga keamanan suplai dan efisiensi biaya proyek. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengelolaan arah keseluruhan, koordinasi, dan evaluasi pengadaan untuk fasilitas konstruksi, mengimplementasikan strategi pengadaan untuk menjaga keamanan pasokan dan nilai optimal, serta melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan pengadaan dan kontraktual termasuk prakualifikasi, manajemen tender, negosiasi, dan penyusunan kontrak. Posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab melakukan negosiasi harga dan layanan terbaik dengan supplier, mengidentifikasi peluang penghematan biaya untuk mencapai target finansial, serta menganalisis tren pasar dan pengiriman guna mengembangkan teknologi dan proses pengadaan yang mendukung kebutuhan proyek konstruksi.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00; Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with construction project experience; Specialized in project procurement, handling contractors, sub-contractors, building materials, MEP, etc; Hands on experience to manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility; Ability to implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money; Able to perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts; Able to negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service; Able to identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals; Able to analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends; Working Days : Monday-Friday, and Saturday (every two weeks and half day); Willing to work at Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.
