Role Overview This role is responsible for designing and governing end-to-end operational systems to ensure consistency, measurability, and scalability across all processes. The focus is not on executing daily operations, but on building systems that enable operations to be controlled, analyzed, and continuously improved. You will act as the central driver for process standardization, KPI architecture, audit and compliance systems, and automation logic. Key Responsibilities Process Standardization & SOP System • Design end-to-end SOPs covering process flow, decision points, input-output structure, and measurable parameters • Standardize processes across functions, units, and sites • Build a documentation system as a one source of truth • Define SOP structure, ownership, and lifecycle management KPI System Design & Governance • Design KPI structures from company level to function, process, and role • Define KPI formulas, data sources, monitoring frequency, thresholds, and alerts • Ensure KPIs are measurable, data-driven, and actionable • Develop and maintain a clear and consistent KPI dictionary Operational Audit & Compliance System • Design structured audit systems using checklists, scoring models, and repeatable frameworks • Define operational compliance standards • Identify gaps between standard and actual execution • Build tracking systems for corrective actions until closure Performance Analysis & Root Cause Identification • Analyze operational performance using trend analysis, variance analysis, and anomaly detection • Identify root causes including process issues, execution gaps, and system limitations • Benchmark best practices and identify gaps across units Continuous Improvement & Process Redesign • Design improvements based on data and field insights • Reduce process time, operational cost, and defects • Conduct pilot testing, validation, and scaling of improvements • Convert improvements into new operational standards Process Automation & Workflow Design • Identify automation opportunities across processes • Design workflow and automation logic • Reduce reliance on manual processes and reporting • Collaborate with system teams for implementation Requirements
