The Principal Fulfillment Officer is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across all supply chain points, including Distribution Centers, Depots, and PS. This role involves conducting periodic reviews and ensuring that all fulfillment-related indicators and master data are accurately updated in systems like SLIM4 and BY. The officer works cross-functionally to ensure supply chain efficiency and proactive inventory management.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Supply Chain Management (SCM); Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management, particularly in Inventory Management; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills; High level of initiative and proactive mindset.
