Passionate about supporting children's holistic development. Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn. Willing to be placed at Integrated Children's Academy (ICA School), South Jakarta .
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience teaching preschool-aged children is preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Passionate about early childhood education with strong classroom management skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Early Childhood Education is an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience working with young children is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Patient, caring, proactive, and enjoys working with children
Tanggung Jawab
- Support a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on the preschool curriculum (Teacher)
- Assist teachers in delivering daily classroom activities and routines (Teacher Assistant)
- Support children's learning, play, daily routines, and personal care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, assistants, and other staff members
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and caregivers
