Sebagai Preschool Teacher untuk anak usia 1.5–6 tahun, Anda bertugas menciptakan dan memelihara lingkungan belajar yang tenang, menarik, dan terpersiapkan dengan baik. Peran ini mencakup pengamatan dan bimbingan terhadap perkembangan anak sesuai kesiapan individual, penerapan pengalaman belajar yang selaras dengan prinsip perkembangan anak, penumbuhan kemandirian serta disiplin positif, serta menjalin komunikasi yang kuat dan profesional dengan orang tua murid dan rekan kerja.
