Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Port Captain bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan mengawasi operasional armada kapal agar berjalan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan, regulasi pemerintah, perusahaan, serta kontrak klien. Peran strategis ini mencakup sosialisasi strategi dan target proyek kepada armada, pembuatan laporan kinerja armada secara berkala, serta verifikasi kelengkapan logistik dan laporan operasional kapal untuk kebutuhan penagihan. Selain itu, Port Captain bertugas mengawasi pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan kondisi teknis peralatan kapal, serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam investigasi audit kecelakaan kerja atau masalah operasional. Kandidat juga diwajibkan untuk terlibat dalam setiap program yang diselenggarakan oleh perusahaan dan divisi QHSE dengan menjunjung tinggi standar kepatuhan maritim.
Tanggung jawab: Socialize project strategies, targets, and processes to the fleet; Create fleet performance reports; Ensure all fleet operations comply with government, company, and client-contract regulations; Verify and complete logistics requests, vessel operational reports for invoicing; Generate reports on repairs, maintenance, PMS, condition of equipment, and technical completeness of the fleet; Ensure overall fleet operations comply with company rules and laws, through meetings, inspections, audit sampling, etc; Participate in the audit investigation team when there are work accidents or operational problems; Actively participate in every program conducted by the Company & QHSE; Requirements:; Candidates must have or at least possess a Nautical Expertise Level II; At least 3 years of work experience on ships; Possess good communication skills; Proficient in operating computers (Microsoft Excel); WE REGRET THAT ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED.
