Posisi Plant Manager menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam merencanakan strategi, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memantau pencapaian target operasional secara menyeluruh. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin aktivitas harian di pabrik, melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap program kerja, serta memastikan efisiensi dan standar kualitas manufaktur tetap terjaga dengan optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, control, and monitor a whole of the operations walk in factory and also responsible for all activities in a factory; Planned the implementation of strategy and operational plant in exactly corresponding business strategy company; Monitor and analyzes the achievement of plant productivity as well as operational plant for the accomplishment of achieving the set target; Periodicelly held a meeting to conduct the review from against all the event which has been and was walking; Check of achievement of the program and informed input to the problems faced by and provide ideas improvement; Check actvities in the field and assess directly activities in the field; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree Any Major from reputable university; At least 5 years of experience in Manufacture (Packaging/Printing, Paper bag, Roll wrap, Rigid box); Have high Organization Skill, Industrial knowledge; Good personal dan leadership; Self-starter who is motivated with a disciplined approach to problem solving; Good team player, hard worker, strong analytic and result oriented; Enjoy to work under pressure; Commitment to outstanding performance; Good personal, hard worker and good team player; Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines; Multi-task oriented, strong analytical skills; Placement at DI.
