Martha Tilaar Group, a company engaged in the beauty sector and located in the Pulogading Industrial Area, East Jakarta, is opening vacancies for Plant Engineering Supervisor position for its business units with the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or 3 years as maintenance staff in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry Job Deion: - Identify mechanical and electrical maintenance hazards and risks, ensuring effective controls are in place - Develop and implement TPM strategies for mechanical systems - Create and execute maintenance schedules to maintain machine availability and improve MTBF - Ensure CCP and OPRP compliance through maintenance checklists and verification - Develop skill matrices and training plans, and execute training to enhance team capabilities - Plan maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and MTTR - Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues and develop SOPs - Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies - Accurately record maintenance data, downtime, and spare parts availability - Implement RCM to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan Send your CV and photo to with the email subject: PES - Name The position will remain open until the best candidate is selected.
