We are proud to be one of the Group’s manufacturing facilities in Indonesia, playing a vital role in supporting the growing demand for Bleaching Earth across regional and global markets. Key Responsibility: 1. Production Management & Delivery

Lead, supervise, and motivate production operators, shift leaders, and production supervisor to meet daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets. Optimize daily production scheduling, labor allocation, and material workflow to minimize bottlenecks and maximize throughput. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, cycle times, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.

Troubleshoot real-time process deviations or quality issues on the line, implementing immediate corrective actions. 2. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Work together with the Maintenance Lead to Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules to ensure maximum machinery uptim.

Manage plant utility systems to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure critical components are always available. 3. Continuous Improvement & OEE Optimization
