Oversee M&E and utility pipeline operations, maintenance, and team performance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient infrastructure.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, industrial water (IW), and wastewater (WW) pipeline systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations; Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for M&E equipment and pipeline networks; Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repair activities with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external parties (e.g., PLN) when required; Manage the distribution of industrial water and wastewater systems, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and environmental standards; Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and HSE regulations; Prepare maintenance budgets, manage tools and spare parts, and submit operational reports; Collaborate with cross-functional departments and tenants to support maintenance, utility services, and infrastructure improvements; Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical & electrical maintenance, utility systems, pipeline operations, or industrial infrastructure; Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, industrial water and wastewater distribution systems, and preventive maintenance; Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and pipeline layouts; Good troubleshooting, coordination, and leadership skills; General Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/HSE) certification is an advantage; Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java.
