About the role We are seeking a PIC (Person In Charge) to join our student services team in Pekanbaru City, Riau. This is a full-time position that will serve as a key point of contact and coordinator for student services initiatives and programmes. As PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of student services, ensuring students receive exceptional support and that all programmes run smoothly and effectively. This role is pivotal in enhancing the student experience and supporting our organisational objectives within the Education and Training sector. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, concerns and requests Coordinate and oversee student services programmes and initiatives to ensure quality delivery Develop and maintain comprehensive student records and documentation systems Liaise between students, academic staff, and administrative departments to facilitate effective communication Monitor student progress and wellbeing, identifying and addressing any challenges or support needs Organise and schedule student support activities, workshops and events Provide guidance and counselling to students on academic and personal matters Prepare reports on student services activities, outcomes and recommendations for improvement
