Perusahaan logistik dan kepabeanan membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga profesional untuk mengisi posisi PIB & PEB Drafter yang akan ditempatkan di area Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas kelancaran proses dokumen kepabeanan impor dan ekspor secara akurat. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan meliputi penyusunan dan pemrosesan dokumen Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) serta Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB), verifikasi kode HS, koordinasi bersama pihak operasional lapangan, pemeliharaan status dokumen dalam sistem pelacakan internal, serta kesiapan siaga dalam sistem rotasi kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and process PIB and PEB; Ensure accuracy of HS Codes, customs values, and supporting documentation; Coordinate with Field Operations and customers to complete required paperwork; Maintain and update document statuses in the internal tracking system; Stand by according to rotation schedules (including weekends); Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent diploma; Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience; Proficient in operating the CEISA system; Ability to speak English is a strong advantage; Willing to be placed at Soewarna, Tangerang (Soekarno-Hatta Airport area); Willing to work a 6-day work week and shifts if required; Immediate availability / able to join ASAP is highly preferred.
