Peran Photographer & Videographer bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memproduksi konten foto dan video berkualitas tinggi untuk kebutuhan media sosial dan pemasaran Expat. Roasters. Posisi ini berfokus pada produksi konten secara langsung, mulai dari perencanaan, pembuatan storyboard, pengambilan gambar, penyuntingan, hingga penyampaian konten visual yang selaras dengan identitas merek.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on the social media content plan and marketing needs; Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and simple storyboards for photo and video content; Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, events, products, outlets, and other brand activities; Ensure visual content is aligned with Expat. Roasters’ brand identity, tone, and visual standards; Edit and retouch photos for use across social media and other marketing channels; Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels; Handle basic video production elements such as framing, lighting, composition, sound, and camera setup; Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media team to execute planned content and meet content deadlines; Organize and maintain photo and video files, footage, and other production assets; Assist with content production during events, campaigns, product launches, outlet activities, and other company initiatives; Stay updated on current visual trends, photography styles, video formats, and social media content trends; Take initiative in suggesting creative ideas and visual approaches that can support the brand’s social media presence; Support other visual content needs within the Marketing team when required.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field; Proven work experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role; Strong photography and videography skills with a good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling; Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools; Able to operate cameras and other basic photography/videography equipment; Able to develop simple storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts; Has a good understanding of social media content formats and current visual trends; Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics; Able to manage multiple content projects.
