This role supports the pharmacy department in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The Pharmacist Assistant is responsible for receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medications, and distributing drugs to patients. The primary goal is to ensure that all patient medication needs are met in strict accordance with the hospital’s established service and quality standards.
Tanggung jawab: Support pharmacy services in receiving prescriptions; Compounding and preparing medications; Distributing drugs in outpatient/inpatient pharmacy services to ensure that patients’ medication needs are met in accordance with the hospital’s established service and quality standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy; Possess an active STR (pharmacist registration certificate); Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Responsible and have good communication skills; Willing to be placed at Siloam Hospitals Palangka Raya or Siloam Hospitals Balikpapan.
