Posisi Pest & Diseases Coordinator (Assistant Manager) ini bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan sensus hama dan penyakit berjalan tepat waktu serta akurat di seluruh wilayah region Kalimantan dan Papua. Peran ini melibatkan pengumpulan data terkait wabah dan sensus hama, pengelolaan tenaga kerja sensus di setiap estate, serta membantu operasional pengendalian wabah berdasarkan intervensi lapangan yang dilakukan. Selain itu, Anda akan berkolaborasi secara intensif dengan tim operasional terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan peralatan. Perusahaan berkomitmen dalam menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit. Kandidat yang bergabung akan terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan strategi perlindungan tanaman, penerapan pendekatan ilmiah dan teknis dalam pelaporan, serta memastikan seluruh prosedur teknis berjalan optimal sesuai standar perusahaan di wilayah perkebunan kelapa sawit.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure Pest & Disease census runs on time and correctly for All Kalimantan and Papua Region; Collect Data about Pest & Disease census and outbreak; Manage Census workers in each estate; Assist operation to control pest outbreak based on field intervention made; Intensive collaboration with operation in term of workers, equipments, etc; Job Requirement :.
Kualifikasi: Min Bachelor Degree (S1) with background related to Pest & Disease; Having min 7 - 10 years working experience in Pest & Disease; In depth knowledge of pest and disease control in Palm Oil Plantations; Understand to operate equipments (CKS, Mist Blower, Pulsfog, Trunk Drill, Drone, etc); Capability in reporting (oral and written) with scientific and technical approaches; Good in interpersonal skills; Willing for intensive work in field; Proficiency in English in advantage; Willing to be located in our Palm Oil Plantation (Region Central Kalimantan (Kalteng)); Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person.
