About The Role We're looking for a creative and proactive Personal Branding Content Creator & Video Editor to work directly with our Founder in building and growing his personal brand across multiple social media platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying compelling stories, capturing authentic moments, and transforming them into engaging content that showcases the Founder's entrepreneurial journey, business insights, leadership, and lifestyle. If you're passionate about storytelling, understand what performs on social media, and enjoy creating content from concept to publication, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities 1. Personal Branding Strategy & Content Ideation Collaborate closely with the Founder to develop and strengthen his personal brand Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas aligned with the Founder's personality, expertise, and business journey Identify content opportunities from meetings, events, travel, podcasts, speaking engagements, and day-to-day activities Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend content formats that align with the Founder's brand 2. Content Planning & Production Plan content schedules around the Founder's calendar and key activities Capture high-quality photos and videos during meetings, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and daily operations Organize shoots and ensure sufficient content is captured for multiple platforms Maintain and organize raw content assets for efficient production 3. Video Editing & Creative Execution
