We're Hiring!!! Performance Marketing Staff (ADS) Location: Malang (WFO)

About the Role As a Performance Marketing, you’ll assist our marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience in performance marketing while working closely with experienced marketers. What You’ll Do

- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ads (Meta, Tiktok, Shopee, and other platforms). - Support campaign optimization to improve ROI and sales. - Help with audience research, keyword planning, and A/B testing.

- Assist in creating campaign reports and analyzing performance data. - Coordinate with the creative and brand strategist team for ad materials. Requirements

- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. - Basic understanding of digital ads (Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) — coursework or self-learning is a plus. - Comfortable working with data, numbers, and Excel/Google Sheets.
