This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving customer experience excellence and performance optimisation across our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing direct marketing strategies whilst managing our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable marketing campaigns and performance improvements that directly impact our business growth and competitive positioning.
Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in direct marketing, CRM management, or customer experience roles within a commercial environment
Proven expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing campaigns with measurable results
Excellent knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry (preferred)
