Support skill management, assessments, data analysis, and employee development to align with company processes.
Tanggung jawab: Collect and analyze data related to skill management activities; Proceed with the assessment activity for skill matrix updates; Manage and control data and documents related to the employee's skill development; Support data reporting for employees' development progress activities; Support the reviewing process of the employee's development standard to maintain its alignment with company's business process.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Management; Min. 1 year experience in the same area; Have a good understanding and proven knowledge of the skill management framework; Proven knowledge about assessment tools related to skill identification , skill mapping , and skill assessment; Proficient in using the English Language in the professional setting; Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint; Have good skills related to project control management and data analysis; Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the professional setting; Excellent problem solver with deep analytical thinking ability.
