As a People & Culture Intern, you'll support the team in day-to-day HR operations, including HR administration, HRIS, General Affairs (GA), and Employer Branding initiatives. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions in a fast-paced retail company. Support HR administrative tasks, including employee documents and database management. Assist in maintaining and updating employee data in the HRIS.
Help coordinate General Affairs (GA) activities and office operational needs. Support recruitment administration, such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination. Assist in employer branding initiatives, including content creation, campus engagement, and recruitment events.
Help organize internal employee activities and People & Culture programs. Provide general administrative support for the People & Culture team. Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months). Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Canva or basic content creation. Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets). Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
