About the role PT Tiara Cipta Nirwana is seeking a dedicated Pengawas Lapangan (Konstruksi Sipil) to join our construction team on a contract basis . This role is based in Badung, Bali and offers an excellent opportunity to oversee and manage civil construction projects from conception through completion. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction activities meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Your expertise in civil and structural engineering will be instrumental in delivering successful projects that uphold our company's reputation for excellence. What you'll be doing Supervising and monitoring all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes Conducting daily site inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and structural integrity of construction works Managing and coordinating with contractors, sub-contractors, and construction workers to ensure smooth project execution Maintaining detailed site records, progress reports, and documentation of daily construction activities Identifying and resolving construction challenges and issues promptly to prevent project delays Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and implementing appropriate safety measures on-site Verifying material deliveries and managing inventory of construction materials and equipment Liaising between the project management office, clients, and on-site teams to communicate progress updates and address concerns Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders Conducting quality assurance checks and requesting remedial works where necessary What we're looking
